Position Purpose

The Receptionist/File Clerk/Scanner will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the front office, maintaining accurate records, and digitizing documents. The ideal candidate is friendly, highly organized, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • - Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • - Scan documents and maintain digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • - Assist with data entry and database management tasks.
  • - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • - Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
  • - Provide general administrative support as needed.
